'WW French Onion Chicken | Following Felicia Fitness Health Recipe'

'Original recipe from Felicia Keathleys YT channel she is awesome. go sub to her!!! I used 3 chicken breast that I butterflied open to make 6 filets so I did double everything from recipe minus the cheese    1SP FRENCH ONION CHICKEN: 1 white onion  1 cup + 3 tbsp beef broth 3 tbsp. water 2 tbsp flour 3 boneless skinless chicken breast salt, pepper, Italian seasoning 2 oz trader joe\'s lite mozzarella (you can double cheese I just didn\'t)   Preheat oven to 350 ( I do have a gas oven so you may need to set your oven to 400) In a skillet add pam spray and butter spray, then add onions, add 3 tbsp beef broth and 3 tbsp water, saute onions, add 2tbsp flour and 1cup beef broth. Transfer onions into bowl once cooked.  Cook chicken in the same pan (seasoned with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning) cook both sides of chicken breast for 1-2 mins then take chicken out onto plate. place onions in dish then chicken on top and cook in oven for 20-25 minutes add cheese last 5 min.
